1 Qt Beef stock w/ 1 Qt bone stock cooked in pressure cooker with trinity then strained, & 1 Qt home grown tomato puree heated, then sauteed celery, jalapeno, bell peppers, onion and added stock & puree. Added 2 lbs dried black beans and 2 lbs smoked pork chops and 1 lb 1 yr attic aged smoked pork.
