re: Tesla owners run into battery charging trouble in Chicago's bitter cold

I tend to rely on my past experiences and knowledge when making decisions until proven otherwise. As a kid, my friends and I desired high-end remote control cars. We envied those with gas RC cars, as they could play all day without waiting for batteries to charge. If gas power was better for toy cars, it seems like common sense that it would be superior for full-size cars.
