re: Oil change shop air filter up charge….WTF

I was reading the thread the other day about dealer horror stories. I decide to try my luck at th me new take 5 on the east side of Houma. Im no racist but I immediately regretted going there when I saw almost every working there had grills and could have been in a juvenile music video. Then I see only one of them know how to work the computer. And only one computer is working. The place is brand new. Red flags going up left and right. Then I see this guy start putting washer fluid into my coolant reservoir. Everything else went okay but by God I was worried about my nut being tight. Probably will not go back to that location.
