This is about the only thing I agree with you on.
My biggest piece of advice is to not burden yourself with expenses that are unnecessary. Happiness does not lie in ‘working your arse off at the grind’ so you can drive a nice car. So many people have too much expensive shite for no other reason than they feel that’s what they’re supposed to have. Meanwhile, they enslave themselves to ‘the man’ forever.

You realize getting a low interest loan for a large purchase makes sense if you wisely invest your money.
