Kiffin, like O, way too immature for a program like lsu

Kiffin has actually matured as a coach. He is nothing like usc kiffin.

Yes, he likes to play on Twitter and bullshite too much.

And to the point of him never having a defense, that is why he went and got golding. That is why he realized he has to hit the portal.

Kiffin came out and said his defense was too small upfront to beat Georgia or Alabama.

It's not like he is passing on elite high school defenders. He is at Ole miss. They have a ceiling.

Kiffin is good at evaluation of players and coaches. He had a better defensive staff than kelly.

But no, I wouldn't take kiffin over kelly. As long as kelly finishes off these defensive hires in the right way, he will eventually get a chip.

Kiffin would also kill at lsu.

A better question and one I'm generally curious about is whether you guys would prefer Kiffin or Freeze? Freeze would haul in some monster HS classes at LSU, but is it worth it when you'd get one or two totally inexplicable losses every year?

And I feel free to post here as the guy above noted this started on CC Board.

Totally agree. I would still want to see another year or two of this along with an at least acceptable SEC defense before taking him over Kelly. However, If Kelly left/retired tomorrow, I would put Kiffin at or near top of candidates.

The recruiting thing is a false flag. The issue is Ole Miss not Kiffin. He would easily bring in top 5 classes here.
