Probably an employee that works remotely. I’d be more pissed about getting fired if I had a WFH job and my boss made me report in to the office one day for the sole purpose of firing me in person. If you don’t come into the office any other times, it’d be pretty insulting to make someone come in just to tell them they’re fired
