She's 100% young and naive and recording and posting on social media is a questionable decision at best.

But the number of people I saw on social media going off on her and completely absolving the corporation was hilarious. frick that company.

If you're firing someone, sure HR can be there and lead the way, but have someone that can speak to the reason. She claimed her reviews are all good. If so, she has a point but since that can't be proven, I won't focus on that. But even if she had shite reviews, she asked HR multiple times for a reason, and they just gave her the run around.

This is a perfect example of why you shouldn't show loyalty to any company you work for without them having gone out of their way to show you the same loyalty first and also pay you for said loyalty.

yeah. it's "frick her" which is fine I guess but then the company/HR/her manager gets a pass. They both fricked up
