1983-1999 Bama was 11-5-1 against LSU. LSU did not have any consecutive wins in that time.

We were 2-0-1 in the three Arnsparger ('84 -'86); three consecutive years without a loss. And if Ronnie Lweis hadn't missed the chip shot in '85 it would've been three straight.

Spinoff: is Arnsparger the only HC on either side to never lose to the other?

Ronnie let a lot of people down then. I remember that moment.

Hey, everyone.

Paul Dietzel only played Alabama twice and won both times, he is the only coach to play Alabama multiple times and win every game.

1957 28-0

1958 13-3

The following coaches played Alabama once and won

Albert Simmonds - 1895 12-6.

John W. Mayhew - 1909 12-6

I can't speak to the coaches on the Alabama side.
