When ozempic blew up in popularity and all these obese people were using it to cheat hard work and still lose weight, I tried telling people there would be unexpected side effects because nothing comes that easy. Now the ozempic chickens are coming home to roost

Semaglutide's side effect profile is well-known, with gastroparesis being one of the rarer side effects. Again, the medication itself nor the class of medications it belongs to are not new.
