Definitely overindulging. I eat healthy and unhealthy foods. I just eat too much of both... If I count calories, I create a calorie deficit. Guaranteed way to lose weight. Impossible to gain weight if you are consuming less calories than you burn. You just have to eat the right foods in order to get your macro nutrients in. Give it a try; You won't regret it!
