Its a record price - $4-$5 dollar over what they normally are this time of year wholesale wise
The supply is so bad that only a few people have to be willing to pay that price to keep the price there
25% of the crawfish restaurants are open right now at most and only about 15% of the ponds are being fished right now because its so bad
