But, the lakes I grew up swimming in were not cold at all in the summer. The Great Lakes were always pretty cold though.

Arkansas has warm lake temps in summer and sledding in winter. That qualifies. Add in leaf change and dogwoods/daffodils and you have all 4 seasons.
