That's usually the case. Most owners don't really get involved and hire a front office capable of managing it. Rather that than guys like Tepper and JJ coming in and doing more harm than good. You gotta let the guys you hired do the job, and you also have to be patient and give them time. However, once they are unable to do the job or like in DA's case lose the team you have to go a different direction. It's only going to get worse.
