I recently retired from nearly 30 years in military / law enforcement and love to travel in GOD’s creation and truly enjoy the challenges and rewards of public land hunting. Only have 15 acres of my own, but thankful to have that much! Definitely don’t deserve any of the blessings GOD has provided to me. At this point, I’m looking for a friend(s) who:
1. Love Christ
2. Love other people
3. Love adventure / historical areas
4. Want the challenge of making hunts and the beauty of GOD’s creation
If anyone is interested, please reach out and we can meet for coffee and/or BBQ!
Whats that 15 acres planted in??? Just kidding.
Good luck. I heard an interview on NPR last week that most men over the age of 35 have no close friends, only family. I know a LOT of men in just that situation. I applaud your effort. May want to join a local hunting club or lease some land and start one that is open to like minded individuals?

Kidding aside, I respect his effort to not be lonely. Slipping on a creek bank and falling into the water when out squirrel hunting isn't nearly as funny when no one else is around to laugh at you. Just kinda sucks and you're wet.
But maybe joining some local clubs would be a better way of getting a friend than a coming across as Jimmy Swaggart on an anonymous message board.
I personally could not handle someone preaching at me all the time though. Swipe left.
