The worst eta of the NBA was from 89 to 98.

Expansion watered down the league before global expansion caught up.

Dream team started a global phenomenon that paid dividends 10 to 15 years later.

But in the 90’s the NBA was at its lowest point since the early 60’s. Todays game is much better than the 90’s.

I don't think any bit of this makes sense. NBA contracted in the 60s so it wasn't watered down, yet you compare it to the 90s and claim it was watered down due to expansion and say both eras were the low point.
