No, he should not. Harold Perkins isn't built physically to line up on the line and rush the QB 50% of time like Micah Parsons is. Micah Parsons measures 6'3 245; Perkins measures 6'1 220. The thing with 2022 Perkins was that he caught people by surprise; contrast that with 2023 Perkins, and you will quickly see how offensive coaches scheme around him. If Perkins can get up to 230 with his frame, which is possible, you could potentially have him rush more. You have to pick and choose your spots with Perkins.
