Others may know better than me but he settled the with the girl he flirted with (somehow she still let The NY Times have a story). She should owe him and as far as Kansas goes, he had some unscrupulous recruiting stuff that came with the Sharon Lewis stuff, so it would be hard to make a case to get more out of Sharon or her lawyers.
