I am not in the Fitness Threads but I did play football as well as other family members past high school. I am still alive so I must be doing something right even if I have not set foot in a gym in 30 years. While not 6 foot +, I am built sturdy.

I was drop dead sexy in my youth, pale a pasty is probably not sexy any more
