re: Very dumb question about NIKE uniforms in sports

I ordered a Nike hoodie, and within a month it starts falling apart at the seams. I reach out to them to send me a new one, upon which I'd return the defective one, and they refuse to send a replacement until I returned the damaged goods. It was the only hoodie I had for that time, why should I suffer for their mistake?

I left a review about their poor QC and customer service, and the review never got posted. I REFUSE to buy their goods ever again
