My memory's a bit fuzzy on this, but I think I remember Stan making that move with both BI and Zion and the defense started turning around, because they could handle the simple instruction of stay in front of their man much better than their rotation assignments.

BI and Zion have actually been playing good defense overall, whether on the ball or help side. And its making all the difference in the world.
Herb is awesome off the ball.
Dyson is awesome on the ball.
And dare I say that I kind of think Dyson is a better defensive player overall than Herb. He’s better on the ball and getting through screens and he’s really a good rebounder.
