Average price of new vehicles is double what it was 10 years ago, and used cars are like 4x what they were. Average rent is double. Food is triple what it was 3 years ago, and often 5 times more than 10 years ago. Taxes, insurance, and electricity bills are more than double.

Wages are NOT double.

None of that is true. And most of it is grossly overexaggerated

I don't disagree that RIGHT NOW there is a big problem, but that's just the last 4 years.

How people live, what they focuys on, has been a problem for over a decade now. Smartphones, Media, Technology, and keeping up with the Joneses has been an issue for a long time. And I don't think people were living within their means before the inflation spike - which means they don't know how to adjust now.
