You know something, I've watched a lot of different teams during this bowl season and so many look exactly the same now, I don't even think developing an explosive offense is as difficult as it was years ago. The difference is just the top programs have better players and do a better job of play calling. Also obviously the QB development is important. Installing an explosive offense seems like something every program can do now.
