Probably...when you play the #6 team in the country (that doesn't drop in the polls) twice...and then play Texas at #3, your SOS is gonna be pretty high.
But the PAC did have about 5-6 teams ranked in the Top 25 consistently for most of the year.

It absolutely is, after they finished the regular season their SOS ranked 14th, after those two games it rose 7 spots and LSU's dropped
