To me it seemed like you were trying to declare that the Supreme Court made an oversight with the NFL — my point was that’s not necessarily the case …it’s just that the NFL hasn’t been put on trial (yet).
Also, NIL & an actual wages are two different things — but I still think there’s an argument NFL is restricting trade if a particular owner wants to spend more money.
Personally I think it’s all completely out of control, but I’m just reading the rules as they are written.
