Chaga Tea is an antioxidant on steroids.

From ChatGP:

Chaga tea is a fungus found on birch trees throughout the northern hemisphere. It has the highest antioxidant content of any superfood in the world, up to five times more concentrated in antioxidants than acai, turmeric, and blueberries 1.

Chaga is particularly rich in the antioxidant known as Superoxide Dismutase (SOD), which has been shown to reduce free radical damage and ultimately prevent wrinkles, fine lines, and age spots 1.

Blueberries are also known for their antioxidant properties. They have an ORAC score of 4,669 per 100 grams, which is higher than most fruits and vegetables 2.

However, Chaga has the highest ORAC score ever recorded in any natural food, with 1,104 ORAC units per gram 3.

This means that Chaga’s capacity to wipe out free radicals is much stronger than blueberries 345.

In conclusion, while blueberries are a good source of antioxidants, Chaga tea is a better option due to its higher concentration of antioxidants and ORAC score.
