Would be one reason for Kelly prolonging addressing the defensive staff. To be fair, the other reason could be Kelly doesn’t want to lose any of his offensive staff, which he may be promoting.

Why light $2 mil on fricking fire if the man is willing to just leave? You think we can’t find a better use for it, like maybe paying his replacement top dollar?
