This was very concerning. Do we KNOW they're actually good at their job? Or as good as we thought they were. I'm afraid Jayden's game/talent may have masked a good bit of their weakness.

Meh. We stuck with mostly running power even with Denbrock gone and that means the Center has to be getting a good push. Turner has done the most with what he has, but he just doesn’t have elite strength, even though he has added some size. He was struggling vs Wisconsin and it was easy to see. Until Nuss backed their defense off by hitting some intermediate and long passes, they were able to easily contain those middle runs.

Whoever the OC is next year, I want to see more variety in the run game. Run off-tackle and attack the edges, not just the middle.
