Recoil mitigation is achieved 100% with move to a AR platform in any of the popular calibers such as .223, .308, .300 Blackout. Noticeable recoil is almost non-existent in the AR platforms.

This year I have been smoking deer with a 6.5 Grendel in an AR-15 platform. Using the Barnes vortex tac tx ammo.

There is pretty much no recoil, and I haven’t had a deer make it farther than 30 yds.

Crazy that I received 10 downvotes for the absolute best rifle system to mitigate recoil….308 in AR will do everything you need in the deer woods.

Would be interested to hear why someone disagrees based on more than personal bias towards a bolt gun.
