Congratulations to him and the Steelers, The AFC and his division thanks him for being average for 15 years.

As others make changes and move forward to better themselves, Pittsburg and Tomlin celebrate .500.

If he coached in the SEC going .500- .650 he'd be on his 3-4 job in 17 years.

To be fair...Tomlin has had some absolute dog shite rosters to deal with in past years. Him going 500 with bottom 5 level talent in a few cases was incredible.
