Yes. All bowl money is split evenly (after team expenses). So 2-10 Vandy gets the same as every other team in the conference.

No, you are correct. All the bowl payouts go into a pot and get split evenly among conference members.

Playing for 11 wins against a top 10 team means something. The idea that it’s not a playoff game so who cares is a bad look. Teams with all the opt outs show that program is not strong.

Nabors, Thomas, and Wingo playing shows we are in good hands. Getting 10 wins matters to them.

Last year Will Anderson and Bryce Young playing in the Sugar Bowl bc finishing the season with their teammates was important. In the grand scheme of championships I get the it means nothing crowd, but as far as your program going into the offseason with edge and positivity it means everything.
