Yes. The "regular" bible (protestant) have removed 7 books so that the adherents to protestant religions do not see how Catholic beliefs tie into the prophecies of the old testament.
As a protestant believer if you really want to be blown away, read the early church fathers' writings and ask yourself if that is what you see on Sundays.

What about it? Jesus is plainly stating he will be the last sacrifice, which he was.

"Do this in remembrance of me" in other words, it's a symbolic gesture to his apostles that he was going to be the "final sacrifice". Hence why Jesus is referred to as the "Lamb".

go read the Bread of Life discourse in John 6 and tell me hes not being literal and why would he change it to be just symbolical in the Last Supper?

Does anyone here even understand why some of the passages and books are not in certain Bibles?
The Catholic Bible included things like Daniel 14 the Bel and the Dragon passage, because it was in the Septuagint. It was later removed by Protestants because it was unknown to early Rabbinic Judaism; therefore, it was believed to be added afterwards before a “Bible” was ever assembled.
So, Catholics didn’t add anything and Protestants did take away, but not because they didn’t like what it said, but rather they were concerned that it might not be authentic.
