All laws are legislating morality. This is a meaningless talking point.

You don’t agree that children should be protected from predatory doctors and either misled or predatory parents. I agree. You don’t have any special force behind your argument.

The difference is if there’s a victim. Legislating morality without a clear victim is a problem.

That’s not just a talking point. It’s potentially a legit over reach of government.
