I assume he would repeal alcohol laws and driving age laws too, since parents know better than the state government

Parents sexual abuse of their children is being "affirmed" by lefties making these moves. Let's never forget that their slippery slopes just picks up speed.

A lawyer will use this defense soon enough and eventually it'll catch the right judge/jury, and lefties won't say jack about it as it gets them what they want.

Ohio law states it is legal for a physician in the normal course of their practice, for religious reasons, and for a parent to buy or provide alcohol to a minor. It's also legal for a spouse who is of age to buy alcohol for their husband or wife who isn't of age.
