Look at 1964. Near the end of Jim Crow, when black people were undoubtedly being framed for crimes they did not commit, the rate is way lower than it is today.
Amazing how oppressive whitey is even when he isn't oppressing.

This is such an incredible fact.
Free to be anything they want to be, a great percentage choose to remain enslaved by the Democratic party or participate in a life of crime. The remaining small percentage largely choose to say nothing about it.
It defies all logic.
Until Black Americans decide to hold one another accountable they will amount to nothing and be an anchor on the rest of America.
