Would be crazy. Lose Kool-Aid and plug in another future first rounder.

We gotta stop looking at every transfer and using their high school recruiting ranking as their current ability/skill level. Jackson had a knee injury his senior year of highschool and has not lived up to the hype. Not even close to it tbh.

Jackson played in 7 games as a true freshman on a terrible defense and one of the 20 worst passing defenses in the country.

Then his sophomore year he started on an even WORSE passing defense

If LSU signed him, the reaction would be, why is LSU going after injured players who underperformed for his current team. LeftoversLSU.

Bama signs him and its plug and play first round pick. Rich get richer.

When the only thing to base this on is a HS ranking. You can’t buy better entertainment.

I also saw a walk on tonight play just as good or better than a 5* player and the walk on hasn’t played all year long. Which proves the point that all you need is a player that fits within your defense, not 5* talent across the roster. You need the right players for your scheme and quality depth behind those guys who can do the job or at the very least has his own strong skills. It proves that LSU has plenty of talent to compete with anyone. It’s about evaluating your talent to ensure you have that player who fits and has skill. So tired of the star talk. It’s insane.
