Wife has a Navigator XL. It was a hell of a price gap between it and an Escalade when we bought it. It was a no brainer. It’s been a great vehicle.

Only about 10% more in price but you get that LR luxury and reliability.
I love LR/RR and have had 5 of them. Capability and luxury (mainly in the RR) is noteworthy but you have to be high or a car newbie to cite their reliability. While it is better under Tata it is still near the bottom of the heap. Some people get mislead because all cars over time have gotten far more reliable (though the repairs have generally gotten far more expensive due to complexity). We have sold our newer Land Rover SUVs just before the end of the warranty because the retained value tanks shortly after. LRs are fine for people that trade vehicles every 4 years or 50k miles.
