Agreed, I'm not saying it isn't.
I'm just laughing at Ballmer trying to justify his time at CEO in this thread.
Steve Jobs didn't know much about tech either, but he knew what he and, by extension, the public wanted in personal computing. Ballmer's foresight was the exact opposite and it's a big reason why Microsoft stalled from an innovation standpoint.
