The poor shot selection at the end of the game is representative of this team, and it starts at the top. The plays set up by the coaching staff in crunch time were abysmal. How about designing some plays with ball movement and multiple actions?
The two hero-ball tough 2 point shots by BI we’re laughable.

When the Pels inevitably end this season in disappointing fashion, the front office will need to take a hard look at this coaching staff.

Coaching and players. We have a lot of dumb people on this team.

The fact that we held the ball for more than 20 seconds, down 4 with 36 seconds left, was one of the stupidest thing I've seen this season.

The problem is they are trying to make BI into something he’s not. I’d rather run some action with CJ and Zion with Trey being an option in the corner. BI hero ball to close out a game is worthless.

That’s literally every end of game shot in every close game ever coached by Willie Green.

also our shot distribution isn’t right.

Trey and CJ only putting up 21 shots total between them.

Robinson-Earl had more 3 point attempts than BI.

I don’t see how a team with CJ, Trey, BI, Hawkins, and Alvarado hits only 25% on 3’s in a home game against an average team.

Willie is lost.

Pels invent ways of choking. Trey and CJ not taking open 3s to rotate the ball for 3s by Dyson, who can’t shoot. All they need is below average games by Jonas and CJ, but they show up with awful. Trying to run when there is a loose ball before actually securing the ball. In close games, defense always gives up easy buckets or fouls in the 4th quarter. They don’t seem to know which guys to close out on 3s and which guys to sag off on. Don’t stay on their feet for pump fakes from non-shooters. The lack of D in the 4th quarter is why they have given up more big leads than anyone in the league.
