I don't expect this to be a popular choice but I saw it when it came out in '81 and was the first time I'd laughed in months after losing a close friend earlier in the summer
But others that never get old:
Young Frankenstein
Blazing Saddles
Monty Python and the Holy Grail
most Jerry Lewis & Dean Martin movies
A Night at the Opera / A Day a the Races (Marx Bros)
