It’s a complete emotional argument. Modern man does a great job of keeping the elk population in check. We don’t need wolves, wolves only hurt the elk and other animals ranchers have.
I guess his argument is we bring back wolves and man lives it’s life like it was 500 years ago again so the wolves can be happy
