I talked to a younger millennial baw at work yesterday. He said he's desperate for a new roommate. He has a 3 bedroom apartment that he pays around $2400 a month for. I let him know my 3 bedroom house of 7 years has a $1000 mortgage. He had such a sad face that I didn't want to bring up the $165K I have in equity.
