That's great. And for all I know, that may be because you are apart of the group that is forced upon companies.
You come in this thread acting like it's not an issue that there are companies forced to hire certain people based only on their gender and/or race, but you probably dont face that. Can hire only your own and no one will bug you about it, which is the way it should be. But it's not. That's the problem.
