Yes they decided. They decided to award CFA space at 10 of the thruway locations. They decided to only require one food vendor to be open per location. They knew CFAs business model prior to awarding the contract and decided that it would work at those locations. As always with the left, the goalposts moving thing has begun.

I’m for Chickfila keeping their business model. But, like a lot of businesses including healthcare (which is basically already run by the government), when you get in business with the government, you give them control and are at the whim of whatever they say. I hope Chikfila tells them to fk off even if it means losing those locations.
