Didn't he bring up the war on drugs because Cocaine Bear is a drug comedy set in the 80s? I think he gave thoughts on how the movie did virtually nothing with the setting, not his opinions on Reagan.

It's a movie about a bear high on cocaine. I think they were smart enough to not shoehorn their thoughts on Reagan and the war on drugs. Sean on the other hand had to let his audience know where he stands.
