His 40 speed is comparable to Burrows, according to your post.
His mobility is NOT. Footwork and speed of initial steps mean a great deal for QB escapability, but so does timing and feel for the pocket. The latter two may come with experience, but Nuss will never make a living out of mobility or nimbleness.
