Obama, I am not a fan of, and most of his pre-2012 dialogue on race is very measured. He went a little nuts after re-election, but most racial division coming from his is a result of his sycophants that thought he was giving them permission to lean into anything and everything racial.
LBJ knew good and well what he was doing and went full tilt.
