I credited Allen with 2021 win over Bucs, so if that's fair, that's another win over a winning team

Does the record matter at the point in time they play, or at the end of the season? If end of the season, then he should get credit for Indy this year & Seattle last year. If point in time, does he get credit for ending NYG 3 game win streak, or the fact that Indy ripped of 3 in a row after the Saints loss (4 of last 5)

Don't know if they had a winning record at the time, but Saints beat Seattle last year as well and they finished at 9-8.
