Unrelated… my resting pulse runs within normal range of about 60-70.
If I put on a monitor (easiest is a finger pulse ox monitor) and watch, I can make my heart rate drop and drop. I breathe deep and slowly and relax and watch the monitor … and when I do , I can get my pulse down into the low 40’s. Try it. I know… CSB
