I got to the point of stressing over mine. They would take it at work for stupid health insurance BS. I had to run downstairs, sit in a room like cattle and get a screening. It was always a bit high. Then, it would always be high because I started stressing over it each time.

Anyway, I went to my doc and it was high at first reading. I relaxed and re-took it. It was 132/80. He had me get a cuff and I checked it ~40 times over the course of 3 months and documented it. Always low in the mornings. Sometimes a little high after a day of work. I was a bit stressed that he'd want to put me on meds, but looked at the spreadsheet and proclaimed "These are great!"

As it should..

Lowest upon first waking up, increasing throughout the day, lowering again into bed-time.

Mine, when I first wake up, will be in the 105/65 range.
