Our Honda Pilot misfired because the battery was so low. I was under the impression that the alternator was responsible for power while running but apparently that’s not the case with newer vehicles. Replace battery and everything was fine.
ETA..if everything started dimming before shut down, yeah probably alternator. I had this happen with my first car.

Thanks all. I tried to jump it and whenever I removed the jumper cables, it died immediately which leads me to believe alternator because the battery is new. Getting it towed to a mechanic so they can check it out tomorrow.
